# What information is included in payout reporting?
## Payout reporting gives you the information needed to reconcile bookaball payments with your financial administration, including the amounts paid out and the costs connected to those transactions.
**Payout amount**
- The payout information shows the amount that is paid out to your organisation.
**Revenue and transaction costs**
- The reporting distinguishes the relevant revenue from the transaction costs, so you can keep track of both income and payment-related costs.
**Event payments**
- Payments made for events are also visible in the payout information.
- This allows you to identify event-related transactions alongside other BookaBall revenue.
**Reservation information**
- For bookings and series orders, the available data includes the order date and reservation date.
- The reservation date represents the actual playing date and can be used when reconciling revenue to the correct period.
**Use in your administration**
- Use the payout information to reconcile the amount received, transaction costs and the underlying BookaBall transactions.
- For period allocation, use the reservation data available in the export in combination with your own accounting process.
| **Good to know** For series bookings, do not rely only on the order date. The reservation dates help you identify when the individual bookings actually take place. |
