Payment holds and checkout flow behaviour
15-minute buffer for player app checkout.
Behaviour:
- Users who book via the Player App have 15 minutes to complete checkout.
- During that time, the court is held and shown in orange.
- The system ensures that payment methods with longer authorisation times (PayPal, credit card) will not be cancellled.
- If no payment is received, the slot is automatically released.
Admin Tip: Never overwrite orange blocks unless you're certain the user has abandoned checkout.
