How do I manage the user overview?

The Users section provides an overview of everyone who has created an account at your club. From here, you can view user details, manage permissions, adjust credits, and perform other account-related actions. Each user is assigned a role, which determines what they can access within the platform. This allows you to control permissions for different types of users, such as club owners, managers, coaches, staff members, and players.

View and manage users

  1. In the Admin Panel, navigate to Users.
  2. You'll see a list of all users registered with your club.
  3. Click on a user to open their profile and view their account details.

Available user actions

To perform additional actions, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to a user.

Depending on your permissions, you can:

  • Impersonate the user to access the platform as that player. This is useful when assisting players with bookings or troubleshooting account-related questions.
  • Delete the user's account.
  • Export user data for reporting or administrative purposes.
  • Adjust credits by adding or removing credits from the user's account. This can be used to reward staff members, compensate players, or correct balances.
  • Update the player's rating. While players can set their own rating, club administrators and coaches can verify and adjust it when necessary.

Edit a user's details

To update a user's information:

  1. Open the user's profile.
  2. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
  3. Update the required information, such as:
    • Personal details.
    • Contact information.
    • The user's role within the club.
  4. Save your changes.

User roles

User roles determine the level of access within the platform. Depending on your club's setup, you can assign roles such as:

  • Player
  • Trainer
  • Crew Member
  • Manager
  • Administrator

Assigning the correct role ensures users have access to the features they need while keeping administrative functions secure.

Tip: Use the Impersonate feature when helping players with questions or issues. It allows you to see exactly what the player sees without needing their login credentials.
