How do I use the Dashboard Overview?
The Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your club's performance. It brings together your most important metrics in one place, allowing you to monitor revenue, occupancy and booking trends without having to generate reports. You can customise the data displayed by filtering on different time periods and locations, helping you gain valuable insights into your club's performance.
Dashboard overview
When you log in to the Admin Panel, the Dashboard is the first page you'll see.
It consists of three key sections:
Total Order Revenue
This section displays the total revenue generated from bookings during the selected period.
Use this metric to quickly monitor your club's financial performance and compare results over different timeframes.
Average Occupancy
The Average Occupancy chart shows how efficiently your courts are being used during the selected period.
Monitoring occupancy can help you identify peak hours, quieter periods and opportunities to optimise your court availability.
Revenue Distribution
The Revenue Distribution chart provides a breakdown of your revenue sources, allowing you to see where your income is coming from.
This helps you better understand your club's booking patterns and overall business performance.
Filter your Dashboard
You can customise the Dashboard by selecting different date ranges.
Choose one of the predefined options, such as:
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last month
Or select a custom date range by entering your own start and end dates.
The Dashboard automatically updates to display data for the selected period.
View data by location
If your organisation manages multiple locations, you can filter the Dashboard to view data for:
- All locations combined.
- A specific location by selecting or deselecting locations from the location filter.
This allows you to compare performance between locations or focus on the results of a single venue.
Analyse your revenue
Within the Revenue Distribution chart, you can click the coloured categories in the legend to show or hide individual revenue sources.
This makes it easier to focus on the metrics that matter most and gives you a clearer understanding of your club's revenue mix.
Tip: Review your Dashboard regularly to monitor occupancy trends, track revenue performance and identify opportunities to optimise pricing, promotions and court availability.
