How do I use Court Occupancy?

Court Occupancy provides a complete overview of your club's bookings for the day, week or month. It allows you to monitor court occupancy, identify different booking types at a glance, and manage reservations without leaving the page. From Court Occupancy, you can create new reservations, edit existing bookings, add notes, change courts or cancel reservations.

Navigate the Occupancy Dashboard

The Occupancy Dashboard displays all bookings for your selected period.

Use the available filters to switch between different dates and views, allowing you to quickly see:

  • Court availability
  • Existing reservations
  • Booking types, identified by different colours
  • Which players are expected to visit your club

The colour coding provides a quick visual overview of your schedule, making it easy to distinguish between different reservation types.

Create a new reservation

If a player contacts your club by phone or in person, you can create a reservation directly from the Occupancy Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the desired date, time and court.
  2. Click the + icon next to an available time slot.
  3. Verify the selected date and start time.
  4. Choose the reservation duration.
  5. Select the reservation type:
    • User for a standard booking.
    • Shared Match to create an Open Match that other players can join.
  6. Select the player for the reservation.
  7. Choose the preferred payment method:
    • Online – the player receives an email with a payment link.
    • On Location – payment is completed at the club.
  8. The booking price is calculated automatically based on your configured Pricing Scheme.
  9. If Send Notification is enabled, the player will automatically receive a confirmation email.
  10. Click Create Reservation to complete the booking.
Manage existing reservations

Existing reservations can be managed directly from the Occupancy Dashboard.

Click on any reservation to open the available actions.

From here, you can:

  • View the reservation details.
  • Add notes to the booking.
  • Open the three-dot menu (⋮) for additional actions.

Using the action menu, you can:

  • Change Court to move the reservation to another available court.
  • Cancel Booking if the reservation is no longer required.
