How do I setup an open match as a player?

Step 1: Launch the bookaball app

Open the app on your device.

Log in to your account. If you don't have one, you can create it within the app.

Step 2: Navigate to 'Reservation'

Tap on the 'Reservation' tab at the bottom of your screen (represented by a green circle with a white plus sign).

This will display a list of all available locations.

Step 3: Select your preferred location

Choose the venue where you want to create your open match.

After selecting, you will be directed to the next screen.

Step 4: Set match details

Select your day from the calendar.

Under 'Choose start time,' select your preferred time slot. The associated costs will be displayed accordingly.

Under 'Choose duration,' select from 60, 90, or 120 minutes.

Step 5: Choose match type

Select 'Open Match' to create an open game, as shown in the example image.

Step 6: Add or invite players

Optionally, invite players to your open match using the ‘Search players here’ field.

Step 7: Confirm and pay for your open match

Tap 'Continue to payment' at the bottom of the screen.

Choose whether to split the cost or pay in full. To split, select ‘Split Payment.’ To pay the full amount, select ‘Full Payment.’

Complete the payment to finalise and publish your open match.
