How do I create a pricing scheme?

Pricing Schemes determine the booking prices for your courts. You can configure different prices based on the time of day, assign pricing to individual courts, and create seasonal pricing for specific periods such as holidays or special events.

Create a new Pricing Scheme

  1. In the Admin Panel, navigate to Resources > Locations.
  2. Select the location where you want to create or update a Pricing Scheme.
  3. Click Create Pricing Scheme.

Configure the Pricing Scheme

Complete the required information:

  • Name – Give your Pricing Scheme a recognisable name (for example, 2026 Pricing).
  • Default Pricing – Enable this option if the Pricing Scheme should be used as your standard pricing throughout the year.
  • Court Selection – Choose whether to apply the same pricing to all courts or configure each court individually.

Set your pricing

Next, define your opening hours and prices.

For each time period, configure:

  • Start and end time
  • Price
  • Colour (to easily distinguish different pricing periods)

For example, you could create:

  • Peak hours from 06:00–09:00
  • Off-peak hours from 09:00–16:00
  • Peak hours again from 16:00–23:00

Repeat this process until your club's full opening hours have been configured.

Apply pricing to multiple courts

If multiple courts use the same pricing, you don't need to recreate the schedule manually.

Simply copy or replicate the Pricing Scheme to the other courts, saving time while ensuring consistent pricing across your venue.

If required, you can also create different Pricing Schemes for individual courts.

Select when the pricing applies

After configuring your prices, choose when the Pricing Scheme should be active.

You can apply it to:

  • All days as your default pricing.
  • Specific days of the week.
  • A specific period, such as holidays or special events.

Seasonal Pricing Schemes automatically override your default pricing during the selected period. Once that period has ended, your default Pricing Scheme will automatically become active again.

Activate your Pricing Scheme

After saving, the Pricing Scheme is created and assigned to your selected courts.

By default, new Pricing Schemes become active automatically within 24 hours.

If you'd like to activate the Pricing Scheme immediately:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the Pricing Scheme.
  2. Select Update Pricing Scheme.

Your new pricing will immediately become visible to players on the booking platform.

Tip: Keep a default Pricing Scheme active throughout the year and use additional seasonal Pricing Schemes for holidays, promotions or special events. This allows you to update prices temporarily without having to recreate your standard pricing.
