How do I setup a location?
Before players can start making bookings, you'll first need to create your club location. A location contains your club's contact information, booking settings and other preferences that determine how players interact with your venue.
Create a new location
- In the Admin Panel, navigate to Locations.
- Click Create Location in the top-right corner.
Complete the required information for your location:
- Location Name – Enter the name of your club or venue.
- Address – Add the street name, house number and other address details.
- Club Image – Upload an image that represents your club.
- Email Address – Enter your club's contact email.
- Phone Number – Enter your club's contact phone number.
Next, configure the booking and visibility settings for your club.
Visibility
Enable Visible if you want your location to be available to players immediately.
If your club has not opened yet, you can leave this option disabled and enable it later when you're ready to accept bookings.
Booking window
Set the maximum number of days players can book in advance.
For example, entering 14 days allows players to make reservations up to two weeks before their desired booking date.
Training and trial lesson expiry
Configure how many hours before the start of a training or trial lesson the system should automatically cancel the activity if the minimum number of participants has not been reached.
This ensures that reserved courts become available again for regular bookings if an activity does not go ahead.
Additional booking settings
You can also configure several optional settings based on your club's preferences, including:
- Shared Payments
- Shared Matches
- Court Selection
- Series Duration and Cancellation Rules
These settings can be customised at any time to match your club's booking policies.
Create the locationOnce you've completed all required fields and configured your preferred settings, click Create Location.
Your new location is now ready. You can continue setting up your venue by adding courts, configuring pricing schemes and adjusting any additional settings.
Tip: If you're still preparing your club for launch, keep your location hidden until you're ready to accept bookings. This allows you to complete the setup without making your club visible to players.
