How to join an open match?

Step 1: Launch the bookaball app

• Open the app on your device.
• Log in to your account. If you don't have one, you can create it within the app.

Step 2: Navigate to 'Open matches'

• In the dashboard, you will find the 'open matches' on the bottom of your screen. Here, you will find all open matches that have been created by others.
• Find a match that still has spots left. You can find them by checking the number of players that are participating (visually or by the 3/4 indicator)
• TIP: the 'Open matches' block can be found throughout the application - when you are making a new reservation, you will also find the 'Open matches' on the bottom of your screen.

Step 3: Join an open match

• Tap 'Join' next to the open match you want to participate in.

Step 4: Confirmation and payment

• After selecting your open match, you will see an overview of all players, total costs, and cost per person.
• At the bottom of the screen, proceed with the payment using your preferred method.
• If you have a discount code, enter it in the discount code field and confirm by clicking ‘+’.
• Once the payment is completed, your open match participation is confirmed.
• Only when all participants have paid, the open match will be confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when this happens.
• Enjoy your game!
