How do I create a Credit Package?

Credit Packages allow players to purchase credit in advance, which they can use to pay for future bookings. This is a great way to improve your club's cash flow while encouraging repeat bookings.

Create a Credit Package

  1. In the Admin Panel, navigate to Resources.
  2. Select Credit Packages.
  3. Here you'll find an overview of all your active and inactive credit packages.
  4. Click Create Credit Package.
  5. Complete the required information:
    • Name – Enter a clear name for your credit package (for example, Premium Credit Package).
    • Price – Set the purchase price of the package.
    • Credits – Enter the number of credits the player will receive after purchasing the package.
  6. If you want the package to be available immediately, enable Is Active.
  7. Click Create Credit Package to save your changes.

Your Credit Package is now available in the platform.

How players purchase Credit Packages

Once a Credit Package has been activated, players can purchase it directly through their account.

  1. Log in as a player.
  2. Open the menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Credits.
  4. Choose the desired Credit Package.
  5. Complete the purchase using one of the available payment methods.

After the payment has been completed successfully, the purchased credits are automatically added to the player's account and can be used for future bookings.

Tip: Consider offering bonus credits (for example, €70 for 100 credits) to encourage players to purchase larger credit packages and increase upfront revenue for your club.
